Zoukmobile encourages users to read all the Terms of Service (Terms) and Privacy Policy before completion of service registration and the Terms constitute an entire legal agreement (Agreement) between users and Zoukmobile respect to the Service hereof.

In this Agreement, "You", "Your", "User" refers to the party utilizing Zoukmobile's services. "We", "Us", "Our" refers to Zoukmobile.

ZOUK CONTEST

You represent that you are of legal age to agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy , or you are at least 18 years of age and have your parent's permission to access and use Zoukmobile Service and to complete the registration process. Neither Zoukmobile nor the Services are intended to be used by, and are not directed to, children who are under 18 years of age. Zoukmobile will treat all visitors and registered users the same and shall not be responsible for ensuring that parental consent has been obtained. You have consent of the subscription service and agree on behalf of the subscriber and yourself to be bound by the Terms of Service of this Agreement.By availing yourself of the services,you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the guidelines, rules, promotional conditions and provisions applicable to them. (ZOUK CONTEST  is open only to legal residents of South Africa, age 18 years +).

1. Registration
Just SMS via text message: N82 to 35353 via mobile !!!
35353: The costs are Rand 3.00 per message sent.
Charges will be billed thru user’s mobile monthly bill or deducted from mobile prepaid credit. All prices include VATs. Free minutes do not apply. Standard text message charges may apply. U18 -Obtain bill payers consent before using the service.

Zouk contest is a trivia game charged at R3.00 per message sent. Users will have trivia questions sent to them via text message to play for products/prizes via text three times per week. Quizplay can only be initiated by the mobile user and will not continue unless the mobile user continues playing it. Product/ prizes & campaign duration will differ on each contest campaign.

2. Prizes Release
In order to receive the prize you have won you must be registered with us. The prize will be paid to users with the most points scored during the campaign period. In case of more users with the same number of correct answer, the winner will be the user with the lesser wrong answers. When this score is the same as well, a tie breaker will be played. The winner of the tiebreaker will receive the prize. The information supplied must be valid in order to qualify for the prize. Prizes are released to users who are resident and in possession of a postal address in South Africa. Monetary prizes are only paid into bank accounts. Prizes paid out by us are inclusive of tax. Prizes are released within 90 days after the moment they have been won. Any expenses, such as (but not restricted to) bank and postal charges, are borne by the receiving party. Enterprises and/or legal entities and/or sponsors, employees and business partners are barred from participating. No correspondence of any kind will be entered into with Zoukmobile regarding prize results.

3. INDEMNIFICATION
You undertake to indemnify Zoukmobile and its representatives, partners, and employees against any demands or claims by third parties, including all reasonable costs incurred for legal assistance, which demands or claims arise from or are the consequence of any information you have sent or offered via the Service as a result of your connection with the Service, your use of the Service, or any violation committed by you of the Terms and Conditions.

4. SERVICE ALTERATIONS
Zoukmobile may at any time alter or terminate the Service, or any part of it, either temporarily or permanently. You concur that Zoukmobile are not liable in respect either of any third party or you as a user in the event that the Service is altered, terminated or suspended.

5.SERVICE TERMINATION
At its own discretion and regardless of the reasons for doing so, Zoukmobile may terminate use of the Service by you and destroy and remove Information within the Service if Zoukmobile is of the opinion that you have not observed the Terms and Conditions, or you have acted contrary to Terms and Conditions, or for any other reasons. You agree that Zoukmobile may erase or deactivate your account and all information connected with it as well as any lists or files contained by it without delay, and/or deny you all further access to the Service. In pursuance of the stipulations of these Terms and Conditions, Zoukmobile may also terminate your access to the Service without issuing prior notice.

6. PRIVACY POLICY
Zoukmobile respects your privacy in your use of our services. We see to it that your personal information is always handled with care. Your information is included in Zoukmobile’s Users' Records. At the time of registration we enter your essential information in the Zoukmobile’s Personal Registration System. This is the information you are required to supply in order to have access to the use of the services and to receive prizes, and includes your given name, family name, sex, age and contact number (mobile). Your personal information will not be disclosed or passed on to others unless you yourself request us to do so in any specific case.

7. TERMS AND CONDITIONS ACCEPTANCE
By using the Service of  Zoukmobile you agree with this Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with this, do not make use of Zoukmobile Service. We reserve the right at any moment to change, modify, extend or limit this Privacy Policy and the General Terms and Conditions. We therefore advise you to read these pages regularly.
